Refund & Return Policy

Effective for orders from the following countries:
Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Japan, South Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Myanmar (Burma), Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Türkiye, United States, South Africa.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange—unless your order was placed between April 5, 2025 and December 31, 2026, which qualifies for a 45-day return window.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned under any circumstances, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be new or slightly used
  • Method: By mail only
  • Return label: Included in the package and free
  • Restocking fee: Up to 75% of the product price unless the item is defective or the wrong item
  • Refund processing time: Within 30 days of receiving the item

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  4. Still no luck? Email us at refandret@youngrichfamous.co.za

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email refandret@youngrichfamous.co.za and send your item to the return address we provide via email.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return
  • Once received, we’ll send you a gift certificate

If the gift was not marked or was sent to the gift-giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product:

  • Email refandret@youngrichfamous.co.za to confirm the return address
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Consider using a trackable service or shipping insurance for expensive items

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 75% of the product price.
This fee covers handling and repackaging costs.
Defective or incorrect items will not incur a restocking fee.
